To help our clients move beyond individual coaching engagements as a onetime exercise, we provide the management with a report on each individual on the status, progress and recommendations, while respecting the confidentiality of the coaching. This is additionally supplemented with initiatives that may be undertaken in the future for ensuring development on a continuous basis.
