Cerebrus is an Indian based HR advisory and consulting firm, headquartered in Mumbai with staff based in Delhi, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai in addition. We offer services throughout India as well as to clients in other South Asian countries, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. We have recently also ventured into markets such as the Middle East and Africa. We have a significant repertoire of work in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Over the past 20 years, we have built a long standing professional association with local and multinational companies in these countries, through our work in various areas of HR advisory. Our strong understanding of the economic and market scenarios helps us address clients’ requirements better and deliver relevant consulting solutions.

Cerebrus has been active in the Bangladesh market for 22 years and our work spans across most sectors – including banking, consumer, telecom, pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Energy and the ‘not for profit’ sector. As part of the compensation and benefits studies that we carry out, we interact with a large number of local and multinational companies every year and have an extensive database. Our other work in Bangladesh has included organization structure review, competency assessment, compensation restructuring, design of outplacement and employee support program etc. Saswat Nayak manages assignments in Bangladesh and has substantial experience in that market.

Our Sri Lanka work portfolio spans the entire gamut of HR work including compensation and benefits, HR policies, job evaluation and organization re-structuring, job descriptions, competency mapping, integration support, capability building etc.
