Our compensation surveys are designed to meet the needs of organizations of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to large conglomerates. Based on our in-depth knowledge of the market, we conduct customized studies across industries covering levels/ functions/ jobs which are vital to the organization.

Our work ranges from surveys for Board level compensation to surveys for workers/ unionized staff as well. In addition to compensation data, we also benchmark Benefits to ascertain general practices across different companies / sectors.

We provide reliable and relevant information on market compensation & benefits to facilitate the client in decision making at various stages during the course of the year. Our data acts as a valuable guide for the client to make compensation related decisions on areas such as pay increases, incentive payouts, benefits prevalence.

Our integrated approach combines the economic context, market data, survey analysis and recommendations for the client. We have done substantial work in compensation strategy, design and actual implementation in terms of advice on fitment of individual compensation. We partner with the clients in providing recommendations on pay ranges, design of market aligned compensation & benefits structure and the cost impact analysis of recommendations to assist the client in making the right decisions.

Over the past few years, we have carried out several Non Management Surveys across all the major industrial belts in the country and have a good insight into worker level compensation and benefits. We have undertaken these surveys for both, unionized and non-unionized workforce across manufacturing industry including engineering, auto component, FMCG sectors etc. Often these are independent studies or done as a combination with a management level study for a client. These studies go beyond compensation and benefits and provide clients with insights on workforce profiles, employment trends, hiring trends, best practices on training, job rotation, career progression etc.

We have also worked with companies to do location studies when they are setting up new manufacturing facilities. As part of these studies we carry out an in-depth market survey and analysis and cover aspects like key industrial hubs, availability of skills, infrastructure, connectivity besides aspects such as compensation and benefits practices, HR practices like recruitment, training, career progression etc.
