In today’s competitive world, one of the biggest challenges that companies have is to build an enabling Performance Culture. Through this seminar, Cerebrus shared some of the latest trends on Performance Management including the different approaches that companies take to goal setting, making performance differentiations, giving feedback and the linkage between performance and rewards.
Anita Ramachandran, CEO Cerebrus Consultants, shared a perspective on approaches to Goal Setting and covered an overview of Balanced Score card. Radhika Mittal, Director Cerebrus Consultants, spoke on creating meaningful linkages between Performance & Rewards to optimize organizational and individual growth and success.
The seminar also had guest speakers representing some of the major companies operating in Bangladesh from the telecom, banking and consumer sectors. Senior HR professionals from these organizations shared their experiences on building a performance culture for their organization, how they approached goal setting and how they have tackled challenges on implementation. The seminar was attended by HR professionals across organizations from varied sectors. It was an interactive session and was very well received by the participants.
