As a part of Silver Jubilee Year, NHRDN Mumbai Chapter jointly with National HRD Network celebrated International Women’s Day on 7th March 2012 by organizing a full day Conference in Mumbai. The theme of the Conference was “WOMENTORING”
The conference had multiple sessions including Round Tables on various important issues which are uppermost in the minds of women employees, entrepreneurs especially regarding career development and maintaining work / family life etc . Some of the Round Tables were also reserved for personality development, grooming for higher positions, developing women leaders, healthcare etc. Among several senior and seasoned HR Professionals, Ms Varda Pendse, Director Cerebrus Consultants, was part of the round tables session as a Mentor.
